This chair was designed for the outdoors. It performs well on gravel, grass, snow, sand, and hills, and is often used on farms, trails, beaches, and even in light snow conditions

Service
What kinds of mobility products do you service?
We service The Trackchairs, Zoom Chairs, scooters, power and manual wheelchairs, lifts, ramps, beds, and other mobility equipment. If you’re unsure whether we can help, just give us a call.
Do I need to bring my equipment to you for repairs?
Not always. If you’re in our local service area (Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and nearby states), we may be able to come to you. Otherwise, we offer phone support, shipping options, and in-shop repairs.
What if I’m not sure what’s wrong with my chair?
That’s okay — we’ll help you figure it out. Many issues can be diagnosed with a quick phone call, and we can guide you through simple fixes or let you know what to do next.
How much does service typically cost?
It depends on the repair and the product. We’ll always provide an estimate up front and explain your options clearly. No surprise fees or unnecessary work — just honest guidance.
How soon can you fix my equipment?
If we have the parts in stock, we aim to complete most repairs within a few business days. For more complex issues or special orders, we’ll give you a clear timeline and stay in touch along the way.

Can you help me choose the right product?
Absolutely. Choosing the right mobility solution depends on your terrain, transportation, and physical needs. We offer free consultations and are happy to walk you through the best options for your situation.
