Zoom Chair
The Zoom chair is an electric all-terrain vehicle for recreational use. It has a permanent symmetrical 4-wheel drive designed for use in rough terrain. The patented frame design ensures that all four wheels stay in contact with the ground regardless of the type of surface. This provides continuous 4-wheel drive performance under all conditions.
As the Zoom chair is only 220 pounds you can roll it around by hand and two men can lift it into a SUV, pick-up truck or small trailer but we recommend using the aluminum ramps we offer.
Zoom has a maximum speed of 12.6 mph, but can be geared down to 6.3 mph or 3 mph, and is suitable for use off-road, where one generally can walk without climbing. If local laws permit use on sidewalks, a “walking pace” of 3 mph should be maintained. Helmet on is recommended for safe use. Driving in sand, snow, mud, uphill or up sidewalks is a pure pleasure. You just need to keep clear from driving in salt water.
You drive a Zoomchair sitting down, using arms and hands only which makes it a safe, but extraordinary driving experience. McCabe Outdoor Mobility is dedicated to offering Zoom recreational four-wheeled vehicles that can go on any kind of terrain.
Embrace your independence and go on an adventure with Zoom!

Questions
What's so Special About the Zoom?
Zoom Uphill stands out for its permanent symmetrical 4-wheel drive system, ensuring optimal traction and stability on rough terrain. Its patented frame design guarantees that all four wheels remain in contact with the ground, providing consistent performance across various surfaces.
What Type of Terrain can the Zoom Handle?
Capabilities off-road include sand and snow. The Zoom Chair easily climbs obstacles and sidewalks thanks to the patented boggy divider technology. It is suitable for use off-road, where one generally can walk without climbing. Driving in sand, snow, mud, uphill or up sidewalks is a pure pleasure.
How Fast is the Zoom?
Maximum speed: 12.5 mph. With the Speed Selector you can reduce the max speed to walking speed of 3 mph, or to a medium speed of 6 mph for comfort and convenience. If necessary, the top speed can be reduced to any number by reprogramming the four motors. You can also easily restrict the Speed Selector with a plug for maximum 3 mph or 6 mph.
What is the Range of the Zoom Battery?
Under optimal riding conditions on flat smooth surfaces the batteries will last up to 25 miles of riding. For riding in demanding terrain, you should expect a range around 15-19 miles. Plan your riding accordingly. The batteries provide full power until they become exhausted and performance will drop relatively quickly.
What is the Maintenance?
Zoom Chair is designed for durability and low maintenance. Regular cleaning and inspection of components are recommended to ensure optimal performance. If you visit the beach it is recommended to wash off saltwater after use. We offer comprehensive support and servicing to address any maintenance needs promptly.
